Popular when Lenten Season. Landang is a Visayan dish equivalent to Ginataan in Tagalog, difference is that the main ingredient is landang , produced from a Buli Tree.
#10 KULO
Breadfruit or locally known as Kulo, enjoyed at its best when its on season.
#09 MORON
Chocolate Moron, originated from Eastern part of Leyte (Tacloban). Kalami nalang gyud ani, pasalubong you want?
#08 TINOLANG NATIVE CHICKEN / LECHON MANOK
Served when a family member celebrates their birthday. Its a family tradition.

One of my favorite dish to cook when i’m home.

Served only in a particular occasion, this one during All Souls Day.
